There is money to be made...free dinners...treated like UFO royalty....seminars...etc.

Of course I suspect most of the public ufo figures.....but even misconceptions and lies are sprinkled with a bit of truth to keep it interesting.

I agree Troller that most are in it for money. I sometimes think that the government encourages them in their most outrageous stories so that no one will believe any of it. Like John Lear and his belief that the are waiting on the moon to catch our souls or some such crap.
